Portable Iron Measuring Instrument
For mechanical equipment, the concentration of ferromagnetic particles worn by lubricating oil and grease in use is one of the most direct indicators of the degree of wear of controlled equipment. The accumulation of ferromagnetic particles in oil for a long time will cause oil emulsification and oil deterioration, thus affecting the normal operation of the machine. Daily ferromagnetic particle concentration analysis of in-use oil can quickly identify abnormal wear levels of mechanical equipment and avoid uncontrolled equipment downtime.
Portable iron detector is a portable instrument developed for the convenient detection of ferromagnetic content in industrial oil products. The portable iron detector has the characteristics of accurate detection, good repeatability, fast detection speed, simple operation and easy field use. The iron meter has a sensitive element with high sensitivity magnetic detection, which can detect ferromagnetic particles in the micron to millimeter level and quickly react to abnormal wear of the equipment.

Portable automatic abrasive particle analyzer
The automatic abrasive particle analyzer is developed by for the monitoring of contaminants in oil products such as engine oils, aircraft hydraulic oils and engine fuels. It can realize the automatic injection of oil samples in the (10-352) cst viscosity range and directly capture the morphology image of particle contaminants. The built-in automatic abrasive intelligent recognition algorithm software is used to calculate the area and equivalent circle diameter of particle pollutants (ISO 11171 standard), and output the number and type of particle pollutants, which can realize the counting of particles greater than 4um, and the calculation of the concentration of 5-10um particles. Particles larger than 10um are automatically classified according to cutting wear, sliding wear, fatigue wear, non-metallic wear, fiber, water droplets, bubbles and other types and can be directly viewed their images.
The system can quickly and easily acquire the image of metal particles flowing through the sensor. Through monitoring software and specific image algorithm processing, the particles in the oil circuit are counted, the particle size is confirmed, the wear type is analyzed, the trend of change is predicted, and the wear development process of the easily worn parts of mechanical equipment (such as gears and rolling bearings) is monitored in real time. Once the wear reaches a certain threshold, the alarm function can be realized. It can effectively avoid the unplanned shutdown of equipment and the secondary damage of equipment.
Operating principle
Wear particle detection: When the oil flows into the oil pool inside the instrument, the optical lens set and high-speed CMOS industrial camera directly collect the dynamic image of the abrasive particles in the oil, and then use a specific artificial intelligence image recognition algorithm to process and analyze, so as to realize the oil particle pollution degree (particle count), abrasive intelligent identification, fault diagnosis, trend analysis and other data information management. Wear-prone parts of mechanical equipment (e.g. gears, rolling bearings) and wear development can be further monitored.

Portable intelligent ferrographic analyzer
Intelligent ferrography analyzer is a high-end industrial detection system developed
For monitoring metal particles (ferromagnetic) in lubricating oil of equipment. The detection system first uses electromagnetic excitation technology to adsorb wear particles on the surface of the slide, then uses optical lens imaging principle and industrial CMOS to collect the image of ferromagnetic particles in the oil, and finally uses a specific artificial intelligence image recognition algorithm to process and analyze the size, morphology and other parameters of the ferromagnetic particles in the oil to realize real-time monitoring.
The system can quickly and easily capture the image of metal particles flowing through the sensor. Through monitoring software and specific image algorithm processing, the metal particles in the oil circuit are counted, the particle size is confirmed, the wear type is analyzed, the trend of change is predicted, and the wear development process of the easily worn parts of mechanical equipment (such as gears and rolling bearings) is monitored in real time. Once the wear reaches a certain threshold, the alarm function can be realized. It can effectively avoid the unplanned shutdown of equipment and the secondary damage of equipment.
Working Principle
Wear particle detection: Based on the principle of electronically controlled excitation adsorption, combined with optical lens and microscopic imaging technology, this product firstly collects digital images of ferromagnetic particles in oil, and then counts metal particles in oil, confirms particle size, analyzes wear type, and predicts the trend of change through specific artificial intelligence algorithm, intelligent image processing algorithm of machine learning and monitoring software of upper computer. In this way, multi-level analysis of macroscopic wear state and microscopic wear mechanism of key friction pairs can be realized, and the wear development process of easily worn parts of mechanical equipment (such as gears and rolling bearings) can be monitored, providing technical support for the detection and prediction of wear faults of equipment.
