Then the concrete is transported to a certain height and distance using the fabric rod and conveying pipe on the pump truck. When the hydraulic system pressure oil enters one master cylinder, the piston rod is extended, and the other piston rod is retracted through the pressure oil of the sealing circuit connecting pipe. The concrete conveying piston connected with the piston rod of the main cylinder has a self-priming effect in the conveying cylinder when it retracted, and the concrete in the hopper is sucked into the conveying cylinder through the slide valve inlet under the action of atmospheric pressure and the boost of the mixing blade. At the same time, under the action of oil pressure, the other main cylinder pushes the piston rod of the main cylinder to extend and at the same time pushes the concrete piston to press out the concrete in the conveying cylinder, and enters the concrete conveying pipe through the Y-tube of the slide valve conveying port. After the action is completed, the system automatically reverses the pressure oil into another main cylinder to complete the suction and delivery stroke of another different conveying cylinder. So repeated, the concrete in the hopper is continuously sucked and pressed out of the conveying cylinder, through the Y-shaped pipe and the pipe connecting the outlet to the operation point, to complete the pumping operation.
